As a whole the 11 compositions on Wine Café breathe the essence of an emotional intelligence translated into music. The complex sprawl and mutual allowing of motives, decomposing of stylistic textures, improvised dialogues and technically perfected vignettes are only a few elements that are unobtrusively incorporated into the function of the composition and the trio’s inner dynamics.
