DESCRIPTION:Liberation à la carte is a project of the AZOD group (Agencija za osvobajanje duha), which is working in the field of street theatre. The group emerged during the creation of the performance Agencija za osvobajanje duha (Agency for the liberation of the mind) in 2012 under the patronage of ŠUGLA. After a very successful performance season at various festivals and events they decided to develop the idea of the Agency for the liberation of the mind even further. In the spirit of the time, AZOD this time offers a very personal service to its clients – liberation à la carte, adjusted to the needs and wishes of each individual. The performance Liberation à la carte is experimental and interactive and at the same time a spatial installation which incorporates and connects actors, scenic elements and visitors. Their primary medium is a coffee house as a room for relaxation. It is a performance free of charge in an public space which invites you to an active participation and encourages your creativity. The participants engage voluntarily. With its interaction with the visitors the performance is different every time. Conceptually the project incorporates contemporary artistic trends of theatre and triggers the deliberation about instant solutions of personal problems which are sold by the modern society as a ticket to a happy place.
