IFEA International conference Behind the Scenes

Every year, the International Festivals & Events Association IFEA (www.ifea.com) organizes a special conference at a selected festival in order to discuss its organization, management, implementation and detailed presentation of how a specific festival is being organised.

This year, the conference will take place at our Festival Lent 2012!

From July 28^th to June 1^st, we will offer education and socializing for IFEA members, since Lent is known as one of the most interesting, multicultural and attractive festivals in Europe.

Festival Lent has been chosen for many reasons:
- Festival Lent received various awards, many times by professional organizations;
- Festival Lent is greatly respected by visitors and performers;
- Festival Lent is one of the highlights of the European Capital of Culture – Maribor 2012.
